BLACK CURRANT TINCTURE ON Vodka
METHOD OF COOKING
Pick berries, wash, dry.
Mix water with sugar in a saucepan, put it on the stove and bring to a boil. When the water boils, you need to pour berries into it and boil them for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove the pan from the heat, Cool slightly and remember the currants well. Then let it cool to room temperature. Add vodka to the berry mass, stir, pour everything into a glass jar, cover with a lid.
Put the jar in a dark place to infuse for three weeks. Every few days, do not forget to shake the jar from the heart.
After three weeks, strain the contents of the jars through several layers of gauze and pour into bottles, close with corks. Store the finished tincture in a cool place.
